1. Order Cancellation Charges

If a customer cancels their order, a cancellation charge between ₹100 to ₹150 may apply depending on the order value and payment method.

2. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order:

• A cancellation charge (₹100 to ₹150) will be deducted from your payment
• The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days

3. Seller Damaged Items Policy

Mega King Mart is not responsible for items damaged by sellers during shipping or handling. For damaged items:

• Please contact the seller directly for resolution
• We will mediate disputes between buyers and sellers when necessary
• Document evidence (photos/videos) of damaged items for claim purposes

4. Seller Product Listing Charges

Sellers adding more than 5 products per day may incur an additional charge of ₹10 per product beyond this limit.

5. 100% Refund Guarantee

We guarantee 100% refund of your eligible amount after applicable deductions (if any). Your money is completely safe with us.

6. Safe & Secure Platform

Mega King Mart is a 100% safe and secure platform. We use advanced encryption and security measures to protect your transactions and personal information.

7. No Fraudulent Activities

Mega King Mart does not engage in any fraudulent activities or scams. We maintain complete transparency in all our operations.

8. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
• The product doesn't match the description on our website
• You changed your mind (certain conditions apply)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, with original packaging and tags.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
• Personal care items (makeup, skincare, etc.)
• Underwear and innerwear
• Customized or personalized products
• Downloadable software products
• Gift cards

10. Return Time Frame

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

For damaged/defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Select the item(s) you wish to return
3. Choose a return reason and submit request
4. Wait for approval (typically within 24 hours)
5. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions
6. Package the item securely with all original contents
7. Ship the item back to us or schedule a pickup

12. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
• UPI: 1-2 business days
• Net Banking: 3-5 business days
• Wallet: Instant to 24 hours

For cash on delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

13. Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for:

• Damaged/defective items
• Wrong items shipped

For change of mind returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

14. Refund Exceptions
