Account & Registration

How do I create an account? +

To create an account, click on the "Login" button at the top of the page, then select "New to Mega King Mart? Register". You'll need to provide your name, email address, and create a password. Alternatively, you can register using your Google or Facebook account.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it? +

On the login page, click on "Forgot Password". Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Can I have multiple accounts with the same phone number? +

No, each phone number can only be associated with one Mega King Mart account. If you're trying to register but your phone number is already in use, please try recovering your existing account instead.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Rupay), net banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history, or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it if it hasn't entered the shipping process. To check if your order can be modified or canceled, go to "My Orders" in your account. Some orders, especially those with expedited shipping, may not be eligible for cancellation.

Why was my order cancelled? +

Orders may be cancelled due to various reasons including: item out of stock, payment issues, suspicious activity verification, or delivery restrictions in your area. You'll receive an email explaining the reason for cancellation along with any refund details if applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? +

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express delivery options (2-3 days) are available for most products. Delivery estimates are shown during checkout before you place your order.

Do you offer international shipping? +

Currently, we only ship within India. We may offer international shipping in the future - please check back for updates or sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

What should I do if my package is damaged? +

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible. If you've already accepted it, contact our customer service within 48 hours with photos of the damaged package and contents. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

Most products can be returned within 10 days of delivery if they're unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Some items like perishables, personal care products, and software may not be returnable. Please check individual product pages for specific return policies.

How long do refunds take to process? +

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method: credit/debit cards (5-7 days), UPI (instant to 24 hours), net banking (1-3 days).

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it? +

Yes, for most products you can request an exchange for a different size, color, or variant if available. Initiate a return through your account and select "Exchange" as the reason. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
